Looking for better control of your patterns? Why not try a new air cap? Air caps are the most commonly ignored part, and it takes most of the abuse! Every time you take your knife or brass brush to the tip of the gun, you are wearing down the air cap. A worn air cap can allow for air to leak by causing un-needed force on your patterns, allowing them to become distorted. It also gives the over spray nice grooves to collect in, causing excess build up on your tip, in a very short time!
